Background: A particle of mass m is confined in one dimension
to the ``double well'' potential indicated in Figure
2. Interestingly, for this well there are special
values of for which the ground state energy does not depend on
the size of the bump in the middle as long as we keep a constant.
The goal of this problem is to determine for
what finite non-zero values of
is the ground state energy
independent of R, where a>0.
